JEM is a Swedish rap/pop group consisting of members Jeremie Yumba, Mergime Murati and Elli Flemström all three members originally auditioned as solo singers for the first season of X Factor (Sweden) in 2012. While none of them made it to the final stage of the auditions, all three were told to return to the auditions and formed the group JEM. On November 30, the group was the last act to be eliminated before the final.
‘Zoom’ was produced by Eric Saade’s regular producer Jason Gill, and written by Eric Saade’s regular co-writer J-Son. Although actually, it sounds less like Eric Saade and more like Jason Gill’s contribution to Alexandra Burke’s album ‘Heartbreak On Hold’.
Now they are ready to conquer the music world with their debut single entitled “Zoom“, that was released on digital retailers on 16 August. Catchy pop track for new Swedish music.
