For the past sixteen years, Dim Mak has continued to bring us unique and avant-garde music that pushes boundaries in the world of electronic music.
Now the label brings us a sharp new track by friends Francesco and Mauro, aka Vincent Vega and Thomas Moore, aka Vegamoore. Yes, its a lot of aliases, and there’s a lot of sound to go with them. The track, titled “Gladiator,” is a teasing play of razor-sharp synths and edgy schizophrenic rises and dips.
The accompanying video is also an aggressive and dizzying montage that involves girls with tattoos, alcohol, and a lot of water. It doesn’t make much sense, but it all works together in a strange and perfect way.
