Genre-divergent trio Brass Knuckles have established themselves as more than just an electro outfit with their unique blend of nu disco, electro house, synthpop and rock undertones. Their latest “As Long As I’m Alive” featuring vocalist John Ryan once again pushes their own sonic envelope into uncharted territory. Using John’s vocals to drive the mix, the Miami-based trio concoct an addicting mixture of soaring vocals and driven bass lines for what develops into something truly satisfying. Part sugary sweet nu-disco with a subtle electro tinge, “As Long As I’m Alive” has futuristic arena rock written all over it.
