Los Angeles producer and DJ Destructo has teamed with Thump for the world premiere of his newest video “Higher,”. Director Agata Alexander, who also realized Destructo’s “Technology” video, sets a surreal mood for “Higher” insinuating sex as an addiction.
On the Higher EP, available now everywhere via Boysnoize/OWSLA Records, Destructo solidifies his decades-long career in electronic music. “Higher” sees Destructo melding dreamlike melodies with an unmatched funky groove.
The video follows a girl who ends up dealing with heart break and in the end even Dr. Destructo can’t save her life.
