Belinda - En la Obscuridad (Official Video)

“En la obscuridad” (English: “In the Dark“) is a song recorded by Spanish born-Mexican pop star Belinda. The track written by herself with the collaboration of Ignacio Peregrín, Víctor Martinez and Joan M. Ortíz is confirmed as the second official single taken from her long-awaited fourth studio album "Catarsis"; it was released on iTunes in Mexico on January 8, 2013 by Capitol Latin.

The song is a powerful pop-dance production. The singer is closer to dance music to try to repeat success after good sales received with the single "Te Voy a Esperar" (English: "I’ll Wait"), her collaboration with Spanish record producer Juan Magan, and main theme of the animated film "Las Aventuras de Tadeo Jones". This single was released on digital retailers on January 8, 2013.

The video was shot on the 18th and 20th of December 2012 and was directed by Daniel Shain. It is inspired by the movie, Inception, directed by Christopher Nolan. According to magazine TVNotas, the music video was shot in various locations around the Historic center of Mexico City, as well as at Churubusco Studios in Mexico City. This is the most expensive music video in Belinda's career to date, at a cost of $2 million.
